How to use the site

Professional Academy of Dance NI (PAD NI) customers

• Select & Add items to basket
• Add in note/message – students’s name, class attending, day/time
• Add any notes for special consideration – this includes size measurements and queries. When ordering shoes – please give a note of current outdoor UK shoe size & previous ballet shoes size (if appropriate)
• Pay and send order
• You will receive email confirmation of order 
• Your order will be delivered to PAD NI and customers will be notified of collection times/dates 
• Order items will be fitted and any adjustment in sizing or exchange will be made
• Occasionally, manufacturer supply delays may occur. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, or a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your patience.
